Snow Fungus with Prawn Paste

Ingredients
Material ~ Prawn Paste 1 pack
             appropriate amount of snow fungus
             1 protein
             a little roe
.
Seasoning ~ a little salt
             a little sugar
             1/2 teaspoon chicken powder
             MSG half teaspoon
             Appropriate amount of cornstarch water
             Appropriate amount of water
             a little sesame oil
.
Practice
1. Slip the Prawn Paste into prawn balls, then dip in the snow fungus and steam for 2 to 3 minutes until cooked and set aside.
